Role overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Junior Odoo Implementor to help configure, customize, and roll out Odoo ERP solutions. In this role, you will contribute to understanding business needs, preparing modules, and supporting end users while working closely with senior team members.
Key responsibilities
- Collect client needs and translate them into suitable Odoo module configurations.
- Support implementation of essential modules such as Sales, Inventory, and CRM.
- Assist with testing and issue resolution throughout the deployment cycle.
- Help create training materials and deliver basic user guidance.
- Support data entry, migration tasks, and activities required for go-live.
Required profile
- A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
- Applicants should have a basic grasp of ERP platforms and how business processes work.
- Strong analytical thinking and good organizational ability are important.
- Clear communication and the ability to work well in a team are expected.
- Comfort using Microsoft Excel for data entry, simple formulas, and formatting is necessary.
Preferred exposure
- Any internship experience or previous familiarity with ERP systems will be an added advantage.
