Job Role

We are currently looking for a Junior IT Administrator who will deliver daily technical assistance to end users and support our Microsoft technology ecosystem. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related problems, managing user permissions, and supporting device and system configurations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to users.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and client email.
  • Administer user accounts and permissions via Active Directory.
  • Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, and related peripherals.
  • Provide assistance with device management using Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune.
  • Address fundamental network issues including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Utilize ticketing systems and remote support tools to resolve technical problems.
  • Refer complex problems to senior IT personnel when needed.

Candidate Profile

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Proficient with Windows operating systems, especially Windows 11.
