Role overview
This position is for a Junior Graphic Designer who will support multiple internal teams with design work for existing and prospective clients, as well as assist the agency’s social media group with design needs. The role is based in the New York office and follows a hybrid work model with three in-office days each week.
Key responsibilities
- Help produce design assets and contribute visual ideas that improve materials for social media, events, and other campaign needs.
- Create presentation decks for campaign recaps and client proposals that reflect each brand’s identity.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to adapt designs to different brand aesthetics while incorporating feedback from agency stakeholders.
- Stay aware of emerging design tools and techniques and share useful ideas that could improve the agency’s creative output.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience through freelance work or internships.
- Working knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience designing static, motion, and video content for social platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, along with an understanding of engagement best practices.
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge for updating website content is a plus.
Compensation and employment details
The annual salary for this role is $50,000. It is a non-exempt position and qualifies for overtime pay.
