Deskripsi pekerjaan
About the Company
PulseMediaNL is an expanding digital marketing agency that focuses on creative, data-backed marketing solutions for healthcare, medical, and wellness brands. The team builds campaigns and digital experiences designed to drive steady growth and improve results for clients.
The company is hiring a Junior Front-End Developer from the MENA region to join its distributed team. This role is a strong fit for someone who wants to sharpen their front-end skills, contribute to modern web projects, and work with teams across design, marketing, and project management.
It is best suited to an early-career developer who enjoys building polished user interfaces, cares about user experience, and is eager to keep learning in a fast-moving, healthcare-oriented environment.
Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible for building and improving websites and landing pages that are responsive, easy to use, and aligned with healthcare client needs. You will turn design concepts into maintainable front-end code and help create digital assets that support campaign effectiveness and engagement.
In day-to-day work, you will collaborate with designers, marketers, and project managers to ensure accurate delivery of both design and functionality. You will also contribute to improvements that support search visibility, conversion goals, and overall site performance.
Your work will include improving page speed, accessibility, and compatibility across major browsers, while making sure experiences remain smooth on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. You will follow modern usability standards and web development best practices.
You will also assist with content management tasks on platforms such as WordPress, including updating content, adjusting layouts, and working with templates. In addition, you will help identify and fix front-end issues, test features across devices and browsers, and support ongoing quality assurance.
As part of your growth, you are expected to keep up with new tools and front-end practices, take part in code reviews and knowledge-sharing, and contribute to process improvements over time.
Experience and Qualifications
The role is open to candidates with around 0 to 2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance work, academic projects, or personal projects. Experience with live websites or web applications will be considered an advantage.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.
Strong working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is required. You should understand responsive and mobile-first design approaches, and familiarity with modern front-end frameworks or libraries such as React or Vue will be seen as a plus. Experience with WordPress or another CMS is also preferred, along with a basic understanding of SEO-conscious development.
You should be comfortable using Git and version control workflows, and ideally have experience with tools such as Figma or Adobe XD. A working understanding of performance tuning and cross-browser standards is also important.
Soft skills matter in this role as well: attention to detail, problem-solving ability, clear communication, and teamwork in a remote setting are all important. You should be open to feedback, eager to keep learning, and able to manage tasks independently while meeting deadlines.
Preferred additions include experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks; knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards; exposure to healthcare or other regulated industries; and familiarity with JavaScript build tools and modern development workflows. English fluency is required, and Arabic is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary is described as competitive and based on your experience and expertise. The package includes paid time off and public holidays in line with local regulations.
Employees can also expect mentorship from experienced developers and digital specialists, along with clear growth paths into mid-level front-end or full-stack roles. The position offers exposure to international projects and healthcare-focused digital work.
This is a remote-first role that can be performed from anywhere within the MENA region. Working hours are flexible, helping support a better work-life balance, and the company uses collaborative remote-friendly systems and tools.
You will join a supportive, creative team that values learning, growth, and professional development. The work is meaningful, contributing to digital experiences for healthcare providers, wellness brands, and medical organizations around the world.
