The company is looking for a motivated Junior Front-End Developer in the MENA region to join its remote team. This role is well suited to someone who wants to create modern web experiences, work with cross-functional teams, and strengthen their front-end skills in a healthcare-oriented environment.

What you will do

You will help develop and improve responsive websites and landing pages, turning design concepts into maintainable front-end code. The role also includes supporting digital marketing assets, improving user experience, and contributing to website quality and performance.

• Build and maintain responsive, easy-to-use websites and landing pages for healthcare and medical clients.
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, scalable, reusable front-end code.
• Support digital marketing assets that improve campaign results and user interaction.
• Coordinate with designers, marketers, and project managers to implement layouts and functionality accurately.
• Assist with front-end changes that contribute to SEO, conversion optimization, and better website performance.
• Improve site speed, accessibility, and compatibility across browsers.
• Ensure websites work smoothly on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Follow current web standards and usability best practices.
• Help maintain websites built on CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Update content, page templates, and layouts as required.
• Find and fix front-end bugs and UI issues.
• Test pages and features across browsers and devices to confirm stable performance.
• Keep up with new front-end tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Take part in code reviews, shared learning, and mentorship activities.
• Contribute to ongoing skill development and process improvements.

Requirements

Applicants should have up to 2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance work, academic projects, or personal projects. Experience with live websites or web apps is beneficial.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
• Exposure to modern front-end frameworks or libraries such as React or Vue is a plus.
• Prior work with WordPress or another CMS is preferred.
• Basic awareness of SEO-friendly development practices.
• Comfort using Git and version-control workflows.
• Familiarity with design collaboration tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of website performance tuning and cross-browser standards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Good communication and collaboration skills in a remote setup.
• Open attitude toward feedback and continuous learning.
• Ability to handle priorities and deadlines independently.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks is preferred.
• Awareness of web accessibility standards such as WCAG is preferred.
• Exposure to healthcare, medical, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
• Familiarity with JavaScript build tools and modern development workflows is beneficial.
• English fluency is required; Arabic is highly desirable.
