Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining enduring relationships with private market sponsors, asset managers, and institutional investors.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of private markets investment strategies, fund structures, and financing needs.
• Conduct market research and monitor trends in private markets, including fundraising, investment approaches, and sector developments.
• Support customer portfolio oversight alongside continuous risk assessments and reporting activities.
• Contribute to the execution and supervision of fund financing transactions, such as subscription facilities, NAV financings, and other funding solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including Credit, Risk, Treasury, FX, Cash Management, and Investment Solutions.
• Develop a strong internal networking framework.

Qualifications & Skills

• Successfully completed studies in economics, finance, banking, or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant professional experience in corporate client operations, credit risk management, or a comparable financial institution role.
• Good understanding of economic contexts, capital markets, and macroeconomic trends.
• Expertise in financial statement analysis and accounting principles.
• Structured, analytical, and independent working style with the ability to manage complex issues.
• Strong communication skills, customer service mindset, and confident presence.
• High proficiency and effective application of AI tools in daily work routines.
• Team-oriented with strong initiative, thriving in a dynamic international environment.
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
