Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining enduring relationships with private market sponsors, asset managers, and institutional investors.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of private markets investment strategies, fund structures, and financing needs.
- Conduct market research and monitor trends in private markets, including fundraising, investment approaches, and sector developments.
- Support customer portfolio oversight alongside continuous risk assessments and reporting activities.
- Contribute to the execution and supervision of fund financing transactions, such as subscription facilities, NAV financings, and other funding solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Credit, Risk, Treasury, FX, Cash Management, and Investment Solutions.
- Develop a strong internal networking framework.
Qualifications & Skills
- Successfully completed studies in economics, finance, banking, or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant professional experience in corporate client operations, credit risk management, or a comparable financial institution role.
- Good understanding of economic contexts, capital markets, and macroeconomic trends.
- Expertise in financial statement analysis and accounting principles.
- Structured, analytical, and independent working style with the ability to manage complex issues.
- Strong communication skills, customer service mindset, and confident presence.
- High proficiency and effective application of AI tools in daily work routines.
- Team-oriented with strong initiative, thriving in a dynamic international environment.
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
