Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Junior Business Analyst who is enthusiastic about addressing business challenges by leveraging ERP solutions. The role involves collaborating closely with clients to analyze their needs, manage ERP implementation projects, and ensure effective system deployment alongside continuous support.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand clients' business processes and goals to recommend suitable and efficient ERP solutions.
- Design user-centric interfaces ensuring ease of use.
- Develop detailed specifications, design documentation, and comprehensive test cases.
- Manage project scope and timelines according to agreements with clients.
- Oversee the software development life cycle throughout implementation.
- Conduct training sessions to equip clients with knowledge of the ERP software.
- Ensure smooth and successful system go-lives for all assigned projects.
- Provide post-implementation support to address client needs.
Candidate Requirements
- This role is suitable for entry-level candidates and fresh graduates.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher from a top-tier globally recognized university (ranked within top 200), preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate strong enthusiasm for ERP systems, including areas such as Project Costing, Supply Chain Management, and Payroll.
- Only Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are eligible to apply due to recruitment policies.
