Role Overview

The company is looking for a driven and meticulous Junior AutoCAD & Interior Design Specialist to join its technical and design team operating within the factory. This role involves converting project needs, measurements, and design concepts into accurate technical drawings and interior layouts. The position requires close teamwork with interior designers, production staff, factory personnel, and project managers to ensure drawings are exact, clear, and execution-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce precise 2D technical drawings via AutoCAD.
• Interpret client briefs and design ideas into technical schemes.
• Develop floor plans, furniture arrangements, elevations, sectional views, and detailed diagrams.
• Create technical drawings for bespoke furniture, joinery, and interior components.
• Verify project measurements, dimensions, and technical details.
• Revise drawings following feedback from design, management, and factory teams.
• Guarantee accuracy and conformance with project guidelines in all drawings.
• Collaborate with production teams to clarify technical details prior to fabrication.
• Support interior designers in preparing presentations and project documentation.
• Manage and organize project drawing files, updates, and technical archives.
• Perform site visits as necessary for measurements or condition checks.
• Aid in troubleshooting issues related to drawings or execution.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, specifications, and timelines.
• Contribute to developing pragmatic, efficient interior space and furniture solutions.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, or related disciplines.
• Entry-level or recent graduate with proficient AutoCAD expertise.
• Solid understanding of technical drawing concepts and interior documentation.
• Capability to draft floor plans, elevations, sections, and intricate details.
• Basic familiarity with furniture construction, joinery, materials, and interior build processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop or other design tools is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and manage drawing revisions effectively.
• Team player with good communication in Arabic or English.
• Willingness to work primarily from the Creative Cavalier factory in Jeddah.
• A portfolio featuring technical or academic drawings will be viewed favorably.
