Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic Junior & Assistant Manager to join our Berlin team, reporting directly to the Front-of-House Manager. The ideal candidate will exemplify our core values — excellence, meritocracy, entrepreneurial spirit, and authenticity.

Primary Responsibilities

• Guarantee consistently excellent, timely service that aligns with Big Mamma's standards.
• Warmly welcome guests, ensuring a superior first impression.
• Enhance restaurant performance by optimizing table turnover, service speed, and staff efficiency in resetting tables.
• Drive sales goals by coaching section heads, conducting briefings, and providing personalized training.
• Maintain impeccable dining room hygiene and adhere to operational standards.
• Manage labor costs through smart scheduling and cost-control proposals.
• Oversee stock and order management for wine, tableware, and other consumables.
• Handle cash management with responsibility.
• Ensure equipment is properly used and well maintained.
• Participate actively in recruitment, onboarding, and daily coaching of front-of-house staff.
• Foster strong team cohesion and positive workplace dynamics.
