Junior Affiliate Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Junior Affiliate Manager to join our affiliate marketing team at Bulls Vision Group, based onsite in Tirana, Albania. The candidate should bring a passion for digital marketing and affiliate partnerships, particularly with experience in the casino or iGaming sectors. The role focuses on managing and expanding affiliate relationships to enhance qualified traffic and boost brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong connections with current affiliate partners.
• Source, recruit, and onboard new affiliates with a focus on performance and return on investment.
• Track and evaluate affiliate performance data to uncover growth potential.
• Support the development and implementation of promotional campaigns and strategies.
• Work closely with marketing and analytics teams to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
• Ensure all affiliate activities comply with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Generate performance reports and recommend strategies to enhance profitability.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of experience in affiliate marketing within the casino or iGaming industry is essential.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to metrics and detail.
• Highly ambitious, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
• Quick learner capable of adapting in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in English required; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
