- Manage accounts receivable by issuing customer invoices correctly and pursuing overdue payments.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations in multiple currencies (GBP, USD, EUR, SGD) and resolve discrepancies.
- Process employee expenses through platforms like Spendesk and Deel, ensuring proper coding, support, and approvals.
- Post journal entries and maintain well-organized financial records.
- Ensure customer and supplier data is current, reconciled, and auditable; provide inputs for weekly cash flow forecasting.
- Address billing and payment inquiries promptly, escalating issues appropriately.
- Support month-end closing by assisting with balance sheet reconciliations, managing prepayment and accrual schedules, preparing monthly financial reports, and completing assigned tasks accurately and on time.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Graduates in accounting or finance with 0-2 years of professional experience.
- Currently studying or intending to study ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualifications.
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work.
- Strong organizational skills capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, comfortable asking questions and collaborating within a team.
- Self-motivated and able to manage workload independently in a fully remote setting.
Preferred Attributes
- Ownership mindset, taking full responsibility for assigned tasks and follow-through on commitments.
- Curious and inquisitive attitude, seeking to understand reasons behind financial data and processes.
- Proactive in identifying process improvements to support the broader finance team globally.
- Eager to learn and embrace new challenges, growing responsibilities over time.

- Complete flexibility over working hours aligned with individual productivity.
- Employee share scheme participation.
- Generous maternity and paternity leave policies.
- Volunteering days to support community involvement.
- Company retreats to foster team building and collaboration.
