Position Overview
The Junior Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial documentation, performing bank reconciliations, and participating in regular auditing processes. Candidates should demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication abilities alongside strong understanding of business operations and financial practices.
Key Duties
- Generate customized reports to support diverse organizational needs.
- Prepare necessary tax-related paperwork and submissions.
- Assemble and thoroughly assess financial statements for accuracy.
- Oversee budgeting activities and develop financial forecasts.
Qualifications
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a relevant discipline.
- Competency in interpreting and analyzing financial reports and periodicals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
