Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Trois-Rivières team, working Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM. In the role of Journalier (Laborer), you will play a critical part in our daily operations by engaging in the dismantling and recycling of vehicles. This position is ideal for those who enjoy hands-on automotive work and seek an active role.

Key Duties

• Safely dismantle and depollute vehicles using manual and power tools.
• Prepare vehicles for resale or display in the yard.
• Remove wheels, rims, and tires efficiently.
• Clean, test, and sort batteries to prepare them for resale.
• Organize and sort salvaged parts for inventory management.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar laborer role or as a Journalier.
• Proficient in using both manual and electric tools.
• Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable with eagerness to learn across multiple departments.
• Comfortable working outdoors under varied weather conditions.
