Janitorial Associate

Job Summary

As a Janitorial Associate, your primary responsibility is to maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the store, ranging from the parking lot and restrooms to the receiving area, ensuring customers experience excellent first and last impressions.

Compensation

• Hourly wage ranges from $15 to $28, guaranteed to meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage for the location.
• Additional pay may include annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Extra premiums between $0.35 and $3.00 per hour may be added based on schedule, facility, season, or specific duties, with multiple premiums possible if criteria apply.
