Job Description

The Janitor role at Allied Universal involves cleansing and maintaining client properties to the highest standards. You will also offer courteous assistance to customers or patrons as needed, ensuring excellent service and care.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent for full-time positions.
• Some roles require passing a background check and drug screening following all applicable laws.
• Strong communication skills to interact cheerfully with customers, patrons, and colleagues.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and materials.
• Meticulousness and dependability to perform repetitive tasks effectively.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions including cold, rain, snow, or heat for extended durations.
• Capable of operating cleaning machines such as scrubbers, pressure washers, and carpet extractors.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, stand, or walk on different surfaces for long intervals.
• Strength to lift and carry loads or machines up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent physical movements including bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching overhead, twisting, and operating equipment.

Compensation and Benefits
