Role Overview

Katilyst Co. is seeking an entry-level IT Support Officer to join its full-time onsite team in Australia. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting colleagues, and keeping workplace technology operating reliably.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for everyday technical support across hardware, software, and office technology.
• Set up, install, and maintain computers, peripherals, and core business software.
• Diagnose and fix issues promptly to minimize disruption for users.
• Help manage user access, account creation, and password-related requests.
• Carry out regular maintenance tasks, software updates, and device setup adjustments.
• Record support incidents, solutions, and internal IT procedures in an organized way.
• Work with other teams to strengthen IT service quality and improve the user experience.

Desired Profile

• Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and basic networking.
• Comfort using Windows, Microsoft 365, or comparable productivity software.
