Role Overview
We are seeking skilled iOS engineers to develop the native iOS experience for BJAK's AI-driven Neobank application. The ideal candidate is dedicated to crafting smooth user flows, ensuring rapid performance, maintaining high product quality, and delivering reliable mobile features to real customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement native iOS functionalities for onboarding, account management, cards, payments, transfers, rewards, and AI-enhanced user interactions.
- Simplify complex financial processes to offer a seamless, efficient mobile experience.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend developers, and AI engineers to transition concepts into production-ready releases.
- Take ownership of app quality metrics including performance optimization, crash reduction, stability, responsiveness, and handling of edge cases.
- Leverage production feedback, analytics, and user behavior insights to continuously enhance features after deployment.
- Integrate APIs, manage authentication procedures, and ensure secure handling of financial data with a strong emphasis on reliability.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven expertise in native iOS development with Swift.
- Experience delivering iOS applications used by real-world customers.
- Familiarity with SwiftUI, UIKit, asynchronous programming (async/await), and solid understanding of iOS architectural patterns.
- Demonstrated strong product intuition with a focus on user experience beyond basic screen construction.
- Capability to diagnose production issues and enhance app performance and reliability.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments without compromising quality standards.

The ideal engineer will have documented impactful contributions to technology projects, showing a history of building, shipping, or scaling significant products or platforms.
