About the Role

Sidra Tech Solutions is hiring an Invigilator (Proctor) to offer online exam supervision services within our office premises located in HSR Layout, Bangalore. This role requires dedication to maintaining exam integrity while supporting candidates during their assessments.

Work Schedule

• Engagement involves rotational shifts including mornings, evenings, nights, and midnight hours.
• Flexibility to accommodate work based on UK and US time zones.
• Shift timings vary with exam demand and require adaptable availability.

Compensation

• Pay is calculated daily, with ₹900 for a full day shift (6 to 10 hours).
• Half-day shifts (up to 4.5 hours) are paid ₹350.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise candidates during assessments conducted worldwide, ensuring exam rules are followed.
• Authenticate candidate identities and verify their testing environment suitability.
• Closely monitor testing activities conforming strictly to exam guidelines.
• Assist candidates in starting exams and resolve any technical difficulties encountered.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Must be available to work in rotating shift schedules, including night and midnight shifts.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to align with exam timetables.
• Commitment to working onsite at the HSR Layout office in Bangalore.
