Role Overview
The Investor Relations Partner position is a remote, commission-based contract role dedicated to managing and enhancing relationships with qualified investors, private capital partners, and institutional stakeholders. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering investor updates, presentations, and reports that effectively convey opportunity pipelines, performance data, and risk elements. The partner will handle investor inquiries, coordinate virtual meetings, and guarantee timely and accurate communication across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting and analyzing investment-related data.
- Supporting due diligence documentation processes.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging aligned with FaderInvest’s structured capital and strategic growth goals.
- Maintaining comprehensive CRM records.
- Monitoring developments in markets and sectors relevant to investments.
- Contributing to investor engagement tactics and fundraising efforts.
Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional investor relations and communication capabilities, with experience managing stakeholder expectations and delivering professional updates.
- Sound knowledge of investments and finance, particularly structured financing, capital markets, and portfolio basics.
- Advanced analytical aptitude for interpreting financial data, evaluating opportunities, and aiding due diligence and risk review.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, manage diverse priorities, and meet deadlines within a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in investment firms, private equity, structured finance, or capital markets is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or equivalent fields; additional certifications such as CFA or CAIA are beneficial.
- High professional integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and dedication to transparent, long-term investor relationships.
