About the Role
An established investment firm located in London is seeking an Investment Analyst with between 1 and 3 years of applicable experience. The successful candidate will be technically skilled, able to handle large datasets, develop and automate financial models using tools such as VBA, and deliver insightful analysis to aid in investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluating and analyzing potential investment opportunities.
- Creating, automating, and enhancing financial models to support decision-making processes.
- Transforming complex data into clear, understandable insights.
- Performing market and sector research to guide strategic directions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in advanced Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Skilled at interpreting complex datasets and deriving clear conclusions.
- Good commercial awareness and a strong interest in investments and market trends.
- Experience or knowledge of programming languages such as Python is advantageous.
