Investment Analyst Intern

Overview

Australasian Property Group Pte Ltd is hiring an Investment Analyst Intern in Singapore. The role sits within a fast-moving property investment setting and reports to the Investment Manager. Key Responsibilities

• Build financial projections and evaluate new investment opportunities.
• Refresh and maintain financial models for active projects nearing refinance milestones.
• Carry out market studies, competitor benchmarking, and other research tasks for live and potential deals.
• Help prepare investment memorandums, pitch materials, and quarterly updates for investors.
• Join meetings and presentations involving investors.
• Assist the Investment Manager with due diligence documents requested by institutional funders.
• Gather economic and real estate market information for newsletters and reporting.
• Support transactions at different phases, from deal sourcing through execution, across multiple asset classes.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should be either currently studying for, or have recently completed, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a closely related discipline. The internship must be done full-time and on-site from Monday to Friday, and candidates must be able to secure an LOA from their university for the entire duration.
