Exciting Internship Opportunity
Join Bhartiaxa Life Insurance Company LTD as an Internship Trainee located in Borivali, Thane, and Vashi. This apprenticeship program lasts a minimum of six months and offers a compensation ranging between 15,000 and 17,000 INR per month.
Primary Duties
- Educate customers on insurance policies, benefits, and encourage policy purchases while securing new referrals.
- Conduct on-field visits to directly engage with clients.
- Reach out to customers with lapsed policies to motivate revival.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional insurance products.
- Assist customers intending to surrender policies by providing alternative solutions to retain their business.
Qualifications
- Any graduate from the 2022 to 2026 batch.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
