About the Opportunity
Join Wipro's customer support team based in Kolkata, specializing in the International Voice Process within the UHC Medical Billing domain. A mega walk-in drive is scheduled in Ranchi on 6th and 7th August 2026, inviting eligible fresh graduates and experienced candidates for immediate interviews.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through voice communication as part of the UHC Medical Billing process.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls adhering to company guidelines and service standards.
Candidate Profile and Skills
- Graduates in B.Com, BCA, B.Sc, or B.A. from any specialization.
- Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
- Strong verbal communication skills are essential.
- Prior exposure or interest in voice processes, especially in international US processes, preferred.
Additional Information
- Job location is Kolkata with interview conducted at Ranchi.
- Night shift with one-sided cab transport provided during night hours.
Compensation and Benefits
- CTC up to INR 300,000 to 350,000 per annum.
- Monthly in-hand salary approximately INR 21,000 plus incentives.
- Relocation bonus included for candidates moving to Kolkata.
