Role Overview

The Internal Recruiter will oversee the entire recruitment cycle for a variety of roles within the salon, including managerial and technician positions. This full-time onsite position requires sourcing candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, and industry networks.

Key responsibilities include screening applicants, conducting initial interviews, coordinating trial days, and assisting hiring managers through structured interview processes and feedback collection. The recruiter is also tasked with maintaining a robust talent pipeline, updating job descriptions, and ensuring a consistently positive experience for all candidates.

Collaboration with leadership is essential for workforce planning while supporting onboarding new hires. The role demands keeping accurate recruitment records and metrics aligned with company policies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience managing complete recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Ability to establish strong communication and relationships with hiring managers and team members, delivering timely updates.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms for effective candidate sourcing.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, projecting professionalism and warmth to candidates.
• Understanding of inclusive recruitment practices and dedication to equal opportunity employment.
• Experience recruiting within hospitality, beauty, wellness, or customer-facing service sectors is advantageous.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced salon environment including flexibility for recruitment activities during evenings or weekends if required.
• Relevant educational background in Human Resources, Business, or related fields, or equivalent recruitment experience.
