Role Overview
The organization is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive who can take ownership of the sales journey from first contact through to closure. The right person should be self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable building opportunities in a technology-led sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and develop new leads through structured prospecting efforts.
- Engage prospects and customers to build interest and move conversations forward.
- Manage the sales workflow end to end, including lead handling, follow-ups, negotiation, and closure.
- Present products and solutions in a way that clearly connects features to customer needs.
- Work closely with internal teams and maintain accurate reporting on sales activity and performance.
- Track goals, stay accountable to targets, and contribute consistently to revenue outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- 3 to 5 years of relevant inside sales experience, preferably in technology products or services, IT, enterprise solutions, creative services, security, surveillance, electronics, or B2B sales.
- Prior exposure to enterprise customers or channel partner sales is preferred.
- Comfort with both inbound and outbound sales activity.
- Ability to work with CRM systems, Microsoft Office tools, and sales reporting processes.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Capability to understand technical or solution-based products and explain the business value clearly.
Eligibility
Applicants should hold a graduate degree. Suitable backgrounds include B.B.A. / B.M.S. in Finance and Marketing, Marketing, B.A. in Marketing, or B.Com in Marketing.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, India, specifically in the Powai area. The compensation indicated for this position is INR 4,50,000 to INR 6,50,000 per year.
