Overview
India By Car Chauffeur, a Global Corporate Travel and Luxury Logistics company in Jaipur, Rajasthan, is seeking an experienced Inbound Tour Planner. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least five years in inbound tourism, specializing in India, and adept at managing inbound travel inquiries for international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound travel inquiries from international clients, managing the process from initial enquiry through to confirmation.
- Design tailored travel itineraries and prepare professional quotations specific to client preferences.
- Negotiate securely with hotels and suppliers to obtain optimal pricing and value-added services.
- Coordinate bookings, manage supplier relationships, including DMCs and hotels, and oversee contracting and costing processes.
- Effectively manage multiple simultaneous inquiries independently and convert these into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain excellent communication and diligent follow-up with clients and suppliers.
Requirements
- At least five years of relevant professional experience in inbound tourism within a reputed travel company.
- Deep knowledge of Indian tourism destinations, accommodations, sightseeing options, and transportation systems.
- Proven ability in handling international clientele, especially from Europe, UK, USA, Australia, or other global inbound markets.
- Strong negotiation skills and established relationships with hotels, travel suppliers, and destination management companies.
- Competency in costing, contracting, booking coordination, and supplier negotiations.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to follow-ups.
