Overview
Within the Supply Chain department at Accora, the mission centers on producing and delivering superior quality products punctually while securing purchases at the most competitive rates possible. Our supply chain must remain robust and dependable to achieve these goals.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the inbound case management inbox effectively.
- Raise purchase orders as required, dispatch them to suppliers, and diligently update associated dates.
- Ensure timely follow-up and filing of order confirmations.
- Order and oversee stock related to Accora's purchase orders.
- Input all new purchase orders for full containers of chairs and beds into the inbound shipment system and maintain current updates.
- Verify receipt of inbound shipments in their entirety.
- Coordinate with receiving warehouses to ensure receipt of all necessary packing lists.
- Upload, sign, and manage Certificates of Conformity (COC) and Device History Records (DHR) for medical devices.
- Handle shipment requests internally and maintain the serial number spreadsheet as documentation is received.
- Oversee goods receipt processes across multiple warehouses, ensuring reception entries occur on the day notification is received.
- Notify suppliers promptly of any discrepancies in goods received.
- Collaborate with the accounts department to resolve invoice issues related to goods receipt.
- Initiate orders for stock transfers between different locations, confirm receiving locations have timely information and documentation, and ensure depot transfers are acknowledged within seven days.
- Maintain and update the raw materials tracker monthly, ensuring all item receipts are completed and non-conformities are logged in detail.
- Facilitate coordination between the Australian distribution partner and factories concerning shipping dates and schedules.
Goals and KPIs
- No purchase orders on the NetSuite system should remain overdue for shipping beyond two weeks.
- Maintain fewer than five purchase orders older than two weeks without confirmation.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum qualification to A-level standard or equivalent is essential.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject is desirable.
- Relevant knowledge of the product and industry is advantageous.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills coupled with numeracy competence.
- Confident and effective telephone skills with excellent English proficiency.
- Capability to work efficiently both independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to excel in a competitive setting.
- Proficient ICT skills.
