We are seeking an Immigration Consultant to join the Saudi Arabia KSA Inbound practice in Riyadh on a permanent basis. This opportunity suits a mid-level professional with hands-on immigration experience who can independently manage cases, provide reliable client service, and thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.

You will oversee Saudi immigration matters for corporate clients from start to finish, offering practical and compliant advice while serving as a dependable contact for employees and HR teams. The role requires regular interaction with internal colleagues, government bodies, and external partners to keep cases accurate and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle Saudi immigration cases end to end, from eligibility checks and document preparation through submission and follow-up.
  • Guide clients and employees on requirements, procedures, and expected timelines in a clear and compliant way.
  • Keep stakeholders updated on progress, likely delays, risks, and any actions they need to take.
  • Spot possible complications early, including travel plans, dependents, medical concerns, and similar issues.
  • Record case activity accurately in the case management system and work in line with agreed service levels.
  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, government offices, and overseas colleagues as needed.
  • Assist with reporting, tracking, and billing tasks connected to case handling.
  • Help improve processes, share knowledge, and promote best practices across the team.
