Key Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive employee visa processes throughout Dubai Free Zones, including Mainland area applications such as new visas, renewals, cancellations, and status modifications.
- Maintain vigilant tracking of visa expiry dates and collaborate promptly with supervisors to initiate renewals or cancellations, ensuring strict compliance.
- Accurately process and verify payroll computations and amendments.
- Reconcile monthly attendance data to support accurate payroll and reporting activities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or equivalent fields.
- At least two years of professional HR experience based in the UAE, particularly with visa, immigration, and payroll functions.
- In-depth knowledge of local labor legislation and relevant visa/work permit procedures dealing with labor offices and immigration authorities.
- Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee salary information and personal identity records.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English is mandatory.
