About the Role
Maximus KSA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join the team in Riyadh. Maximus is a prominent strategic partner with government entities, delivering programs that enhance employment, skills, health, and community outcomes across the Kingdom. This critical HR role collaborates with business leaders to provide strategic and operational people solutions that foster organizational growth and enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted consultant to managers and leadership on employee relations, HR best practices, and workforce management.
- Handle complex employee relations issues including disciplinary actions, grievances, performance management, and workplace investigations.
- Work alongside stakeholders to promote performance management, talent growth, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Support initiatives related to organizational change, employee engagement, and retention.
- Manage onboarding, probation periods, and other employee lifecycle processes to ensure a positive working environment.
- Implement HR policies and programs aligned with business needs and Saudi labor laws.
- Examine workforce data and trends to offer insights aiding informed business decisions.
- Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps and roll out development programs that improve organizational effectiveness.
Candidate Profile
- Must be a Saudi National.
- Possesses at least five years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a generalist HR capacity.
- In-depth understanding of Saudi Labour Law and human resources best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations and collaborate with leadership.
- Experienced in executing HR programs related to performance, engagement, talent development, and change management.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, influencing, and coaching.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
