Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Human Resources Associate. The candidate will play a vital role in supporting recruitment processes as well as fostering employee engagement throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the entire recruitment cycle including candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers.
- Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Organize and implement activities designed to boost employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Respond to routine HR-related inquiries from employees in a timely manner.
- Maintain consistent follow-up on recruitment progress and onboarding procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduation in any academic discipline.
- Excellent communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), LinkedIn, and Canva.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
