Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Administrator specializing in onboarding to join our team in Edison, New Jersey. This is a permanent full-time position with a standard work schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM onsite. Compensation ranges from $22 to $24 per hour and includes benefits.
Key Duties
- Manage and document the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain clear communication with new employees to verify completion of all necessary pre-employment paperwork.
- Ensure that all required pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug tests, are completed.
- Coordinate and confirm employee start dates with both clients and internal teams.
- Oversee contractor assignment management and employee offboarding procedures.
- Support departmental operations with onboarding administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
- Strong proficiency with office software, particularly Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- A minimum of two to five years of administrative experience within a corporate setting.
- Previous exposure to human resources functions is essential.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
- Must be available to work full-time onsite at our Edison, NJ office, Monday through Friday.
