About the Role
Join HM Skillings LLP as an HR Recruiter Trainee/Executive, where you will be instrumental in sourcing and attracting skilled professionals for our clients primarily in the banking and life insurance industries. Your role encompasses managing the entire recruitment cycle to ensure a smooth and effective hiring and onboarding process for candidates and clients alike.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for roles within banking and life insurance sectors.
- Maintain regular and transparent communication with candidates throughout all recruitment stages.
- Draft and publish compelling job advertisements, and organize interviews in coordination with hiring managers.
- Keep the candidate database well-maintained, ensuring information remains current and accurate.
- Support the onboarding process to facilitate the seamless integration of new employees.
