Role Overview
An opportunity is open for an HR Payroll Executive in Bikaner, Rajasthan. The position focuses on payroll administration together with core HR coordination, employee support, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Address employee concerns, manage grievance handling, and support communication and engagement activities.
- Ensure HR and payroll processes follow applicable labour laws and company policies.
- Prepare attendance-related inputs and handle ESIC and PF challan activities.
- Calculate salaries, wages, overtime, and bonus components accurately.
- Manage statutory tax deductions and related filing requirements.
- Maintain payroll records, timesheets, and garnishment documentation in an organised manner.
- Release salary payments and produce payroll reports for internal use.
- Collect employee onboarding data and set up tax and payment details in the payroll system.
- Coordinate performance-linked pay inputs and process incentives accordingly.
- Support policy compliance by ensuring deductions and payments align with defined rules.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary in the range of INR 25,000 to INR 35,000.
