HR Operations Generalist (Remote)

Role Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a client for a contract position of an HR Operations Generalist, who will operate remotely from anywhere. The core duties include providing general support and communication assistance for a worldwide platform, addressing onboarding processes, troubleshooting user concerns, and handling various inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver clear and effective support in English to platform users through chat, email, or alternative channels.
• Support users with setting up accounts, verifying identities, and navigating the platform efficiently.
• Diagnose and solve routine problems involving user accounts, transactions, or technical glitches.
• Keep detailed and accurate logs of interactions, transactions, and user input within the designated system.
• Work collaboratively with different departments to escalate and resolve more complex issues.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Fluent English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in customer support, administrative, or related generalist positions is advantageous.
• Capability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with fundamental computer tools such as email, spreadsheets, and communication software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to work autonomously with limited oversight.

Compensation

The position offers a remuneration between 20 to 30 US dollars per hour on contract terms.
