HR Manager

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and goal-driven HR Manager to oversee recruitment processes, employee coordination, sales recruitment, counseling, and performance monitoring at FinavalaIndia.com. This role demands someone who can effectively manage hiring initiatives while supporting the sales team and ensuring employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit B2B Agents, Franchise Partners, Sales Executives, Tally Callers, and other support staff.
• Conduct candidate outreach including calls, interviews, counseling sessions, and follow-ups.
• Clarify job roles, sales targets, incentive programs, and company procedures to prospective hires.
• Meet monthly recruitment and hiring benchmarks consistently.
• Collaborate with the sales department to ensure employees meet their sales goals.
• Maintain detailed documentation concerning employee records, candidate profiles, interviews, onboarding status, attendance, and performance metrics.
• Provide support and follow-up to new employees ensuring smooth onboarding experiences.
• Monitor workforce performance and generate periodic performance reports.
• Manage recruitment databases and compile HR reports on daily, weekly, and monthly intervals.
• Address employee queries and liaise with management regarding HR-related matters.
• Assist in establishing and nurturing a robust sales and agent network within the organization.

Required Skills and Experience

• Excellent communication and counseling abilities.
• Prior experience in HR recruitment, sales hiring, telecalling, or B2B recruitment is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Excel or Google Sheets and basic computer applications.
• Highly target-driven with the ability to work autonomously.
• Strong follow-up and leadership capabilities in managing teams.
• Fluency in Hindi and English is preferred.

Additional Information

• Performance metrics include recruitment achievements, employee retention, sales team assistance, target completion, and record keeping.
• Work location is strictly in-office at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh.
• Monthly salary range is between INR 15,000 and 25,000.
