About the Role
The HR Executive position based in Jaipur offers an opportunity to manage comprehensive HR functions from recruitment to employee engagement. The salary ranges between ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 monthly, depending on experience and skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle including sourcing candidates, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.
- Oversee employee onboarding procedures and ensure accurate documentation is maintained.
- Handle attendance tracking and leave management efficiently.
- Maintain HR records and the employee database with attention to detail.
- Draft and prepare offer letters and appointment documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and provide assistance in general HR operations.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Graduate degree required, preferably in Human Resources or MBA specializing in HR.
- Experience ranging from 1 to 3 years in HR or recruitment functions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective team interaction and candidate engagement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
