About the Role
We are seeking a diligent and proactive HR Executive to join our Human Resources department at See Lube Technologies (P) Ltd, located in Ludhiana, Punjab. This full-time position requires an individual capable of managing comprehensive HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, maintaining employee records, attendance monitoring, payroll coordination, and fostering employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire recruitment and onboarding process from start to finish.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documents.
- Coordinate attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll data inputs.
- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace satisfaction.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring statutory compliance.
- Address employee questions and manage routine HR operations effectively.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
- Have between one to three years of experience in HR roles; candidates with internship experience in related fields are also welcomed.
- Exhibit strong communication abilities, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Basic understanding of labor legislation and standard HR practices is desirable.
