Job Overview
Asmita Electric Infra Private Limited is seeking a dedicated HR Executive to support various human resources functions within the Pune region. This role demands thorough knowledge in recruitment, payroll, attendance management, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Manage recruitment processes effectively.
- Oversee payroll and attendance records with accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Maintain employee confidentiality and handle workplace relations sensitively.
- Work independently while coordinating with team members as necessary.
Requirements
- Holder of a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent fields.
- Possess between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Willingness to travel within the Pune region as part of job duties.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and possess fundamental computer skills.
Additional Information
This is a full-time position based in Pune, Maharashtra with a monthly salary ranging between 20,000 to 30,000 INR. Selected candidates will be expected to uphold confidentiality and demonstrate autonomy in their role.
