Work Schedule
- Work four days per week onsite in the office.
- One day per week allows for remote work from home.
- Two days per week are paid weekly offs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for everyday HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Assist in recruitment processes including coordinating with candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, documents, and HR-related databases accurately.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees and the offboarding of departing staff.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries and requests.
- Help manage attendance records, leave applications, and overall employee data.
- Prepare detailed HR reports and maintain thorough documentation.
- Contribute to HR projects, policy implementation, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with other internal departments to fulfill HR needs.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and proper management of employee information.
