Position Overview
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive HR Admin Associate to manage the daily human resources administrative tasks. This role involves maintaining employee records with confidentiality, coordinating HR processes, and ensuring accurate data management. Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday is advantageous but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and confidential maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
- Support HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Provide assistance in payroll processing and managing employee benefits.
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline HR workflows and support employees.
- Maintain HR databases and systems with data integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Create HR reports, dashboards, and necessary documentation.
- Address employee questions about HR policies, benefits, procedures, and employment issues.
- Assist in compliance activities, audits, and review of documentation.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and HR-related events.
- Identify and recommend improvements in administrative processes to enhance efficiency.
- Use HRIS platforms like Workday or equivalents for data management and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HR administration or HR operations.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems; experience with Workday preferred.
- Knowledgeable about HR policies, employment laws, and labor regulations basics.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Able to work night shifts effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using Workday or other large-scale HR platforms.
- Understanding of payroll and employee benefits administration.
- Skills in HR-related reporting and data analytics.
- Effective stakeholder management and strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and responsibly manage sensitive information.
