Role Overview

As a Housekeeping Staff member at Scheelehof, you will be responsible for maintaining consistently clean, orderly, and guest-ready rooms and public areas, thereby directly enhancing guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hotel rooms following defined quality standards
• Carry out departure, interim, and special cleanings
• Maintain public spaces such as hallways and the lobby
• Report damages, defects, or missing inventory promptly
• Handle cleaning agents and equipment properly and safely
• Adhere to hygiene, safety, and environmental guidelines
• Coordinate with reception and operations regarding special guest requests

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality is an advantage
• Methodical, thorough, and dependable working style
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality
• Physical stamina and ability to work independently
• German language skills are beneficial
