Housekeeping Attendant

Role Overview

The Housekeeping Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order across guest rooms and public spaces within the hotel. Operating under the supervision of managers and conforming to established hotel protocols, the attendant ensures an inviting and spotless environment for guests.

Primary Duties

• Obtain keys and daily tasks, organize cleaning trolley and supplies to facilitate smooth workflow and avoid delays.
• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, replenishing necessary amenities consistent with the hotel's standards of service.
• Sanitize bathrooms and replenish toiletries while strictly following safety and performance standards.
• Carefully tidy and arrange guest possessions while conducting room and bathroom cleaning.
• Coordinate with Valet Service for collection of guest garments for laundry, dry cleaning, or pressing to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness in guest corridors, service pantries, and operational areas, ensuring a neat and professional setting.
• Report any facility or maintenance issues to the Engineering Department for timely resolution and upkeep.
• Respect and accommodate guest preferences and needs within rooms and public zones to promote satisfaction and courteous service.
• Comply with all environmental, health, and safety standards as laid out by the company and relevant policies.
