Job Summary

This role involves managing hotel operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, efficient management of services, and team collaboration to achieve occupancy and service targets. The position requires working 13-hour shifts and includes on-site accommodation and meals.

Working Conditions

• Shift duration is 13 hours operationally per day.
• Complimentary lodging is provided on the hotel premises.

• Employees must maintain full attendance during public holidays and festive periods, which are peak times for the hotel.

Compensation and Benefits

After completing one year of service with satisfactory performance, employees qualify for benefits including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and an annual performance-based bonus.

Key Accountabilities

• Deliver excellent guest service ensuring promptness and professionalism.
• Support daily operations such as guest check-ins, resolving guest inquiries, and upkeep of hotel facilities.
• Uphold quality standards consistently across all hotel departments.
• Collaborate with colleagues towards achieving service and occupancy objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Willingness to relocate to New Digha, Mandarmani, or Dhulagarh is essential.
• Strong dedication and capacity to work extended hours in a fast-paced workplace.
• Reliable, punctual, and focused on providing an exceptional guest experience.
• Able to work effectively on weekends and statutory holidays.
