Overview
Medico Hub seeks a proactive Healthcare Recruitment & Business Development Executive to strengthen its footprint across the United Arab Emirates. This role involves cultivating healthcare staffing needs and fostering enduring partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers. The position also emphasizes promoting Medico Hub's offerings, including healthcare recruitment, staffing solutions, third-party payroll, and innovative AI hospital management software.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to hospitals, medical centers, clinics, and other healthcare organizations within the UAE.
- Engage with key decision-makers such as hospital owners, HR managers, medical directors, and administrators to understand staffing demands.
- Identify requirements for medical staffing including doctors, nurses, and allied health personnel.
- Market and present Medico Hub's recruitment services, payroll solutions, and AI software products.
- Set up and manage client meetings and software demonstrations.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster growth.
- Consistently meet monthly business objectives.
- Record and report daily visits and provide comprehensive weekly sales reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Between 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare recruitment, staffing, HR, or B2B business development.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and effective presentation capabilities.
- Holding a valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Having a personal vehicle is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the designated geographic area.
