About the Role
SAS Policy Value Hub is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic CRM Executive to enhance our team, taking charge of customer relationship management and supporting the sales of health insurance policies via CRM platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize customer data and leads within the CRM system.
- Provide customers with clear information and answer questions regarding health insurance policies.
- Engage in follow-ups with prospective clients to nurture strong customer connections.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the CRM database.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to successfully convert leads into sales.
- Ensure timely follow-up actions and thorough documentation of all client communications.
Requirements
- Basic understanding and experience with CRM software platforms.
- Strong communication abilities and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Competency in handling customer inquiries and maintaining organized records.
- Previous experience in sales or the insurance domain is an advantage.
- Minimum education of 10th or 12th pass; graduates are preferred.

- Location: Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-NCR near Laxmi Nagar Metro Station (Gate No. 4).
- Working Hours: 9:45 AM to 6:30 PM sharp.
