As a Health Data & Analytics Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team by collecting and analyzing health data, ensuring its quality, and aiding operational reporting to enable data-informed decisions that enhance health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain operational and healthcare datasets, ensuring their accuracy, consistency, and integrity through validation and quality assurance processes.
• Drive data governance adherence by implementing standards, resolving discrepancies, and supporting metadata documentation.
• Analyze health-related data to identify patterns and insights that inform trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Create and sustain automated dashboards and reports to guide operational, clinical, and leadership decision-making.
• Collaborate with various internal teams (Health Data & Analytics, IT, Data Management, QA, Professional Services, Product) and external stakeholders (clients and partners) to enhance data usage and reporting.
• Promote ongoing quality improvement and process optimization initiatives to bolster reporting efficiency and data reliability within compliance frameworks.
• Utilize analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, Python, AWS, and AI technologies to support analysis and automate recurring workflows.
• Ensure secure handling of sensitive health information and contribute to system performance enhancements in partnership with technical teams.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 4-5 years of experience in data analytics, health information management, business intelligence, or relevant disciplines.
• Demonstrates familiarity with healthcare or health technology environments, including knowledge of privacy, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
• Experienced in managing data governance, metadata, and healthcare operational reporting and metrics.
• Strong analytical aptitude combined with excellent communication skills to convey complex insights effectively.
• Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.
• Proactive learner with a continuous improvement mindset.

Educational Background

• A Bachelor's degree in Health Science, Health Information Management, Computer Science, Data Management, Data Analytics, or a related field is required.
• Certifications in analytics tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, AWS, AI, or healthcare data management are beneficial.
