  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in public policy and public affairs within the MENA region.
  • At least 4 years of specific expertise in technology policy across MENA, ideally focused on platform regulations.
  • In-depth understanding of regional tech policy and established relationships with governmental and public stakeholders.
  • Strong advocacy, communication, and political judgment capabilities.
  • Proactive and forward-looking approach to legislative and regulatory developments with the capacity to swiftly master complex policy topics.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a dynamic, multicultural setting.
  • Experience engaging with diverse external groups, including critics and opponents, with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Positive team player with strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a keen sense of humor.
