Role Overview
The Head of Client Services position is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. The incumbent will direct client services operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and nurturing key client relationships. This role is pivotal in translating client goals into impactful communication strategies by leading account teams, coordinating with creative, production, and event departments, managing project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily client interactions and oversee key accounts.
- Support account teams in designing and implementing effective campaigns aligned with client objectives.
- Collaborate with creative, production, and event units to ensure timely and quality project delivery within budget.
- Mentor, evaluate, and develop client services personnel to achieve team performance targets.
- Resolve escalated client concerns and uphold high customer satisfaction.
- Drive client retention and seek opportunities to expand business relationships.
- Contribute to business development initiatives.
- Establish and monitor service processes, standards, and metrics to optimize operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in Client Services and Account Management to effectively oversee client engagements and campaign delivery.
- Strong Business Relationship Management capabilities to foster long-term client partnerships and identify growth avenues.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience to inspire and lead client service teams.
- Background in advertising, marketing, or related sectors, with preference for experience in the MENA region or Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills suited for managing complex stakeholder expectations.
- Robust organizational skills and project management proficiency, including budget control and deadline adherence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant fields; advanced degrees considered an advantage.
- Fluent English language skills are mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous for local client interactions.
