Role Overview

We are seeking a Guest Relations Manager passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and cultivating strong relationships. This role goes beyond traditional guest relations. The successful candidate will serve as the face of Bungalo34 on the restaurant floor, warmly welcoming patrons, nurturing loyal clientele including VIPs, gracefully addressing service challenges, and actively pursuing business growth via networking, partnerships, and personal initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding guest experiences by maintaining a warm and visible presence during every service.
• Forge lasting relationships with regular guests and VIP patrons.
• Expand business opportunities through connections with concierge services, corporate partners, and personal networks.
• Boost reservations, encourage repeat visits, and facilitate group bookings.
• Handle guest feedback professionally, turning any concerns into positive outcomes.
• Utilize the SevenRooms CRM system to create detailed guest profiles and deliver personalized hospitality.
• Collaborate closely with operations, reservations, marketing, and leadership teams to enhance the overall guest experience continually.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses 3 to 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, guest relations, VIP services, reservations, or restaurant management.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and meaningful connections effortlessly.
• Exhibits strong commercial insight and is motivated to contribute to business growth.
• Comfortable networking with hotel concierges, corporate clients, and high-net-worth guests.
• Shows exceptional communication skills coupled with emotional intelligence.
• Thrives in a fast-paced luxury dining environment.
• Experience with SevenRooms or comparable CRM platforms is advantageous.
